Who's on FIRST

WHAT'S FIRST?

Robotics is a unique, fun, exciting and awesome activity. It is a 'sport of the mind' that requires problem solving, innovation, creativity, safety and most importantly teamwork. Your skills might be in design, mechanics, programming, video gaming (precise robot control!), marketing, business, photography, web design, or animation. No matter what your skills, we can use you on our robotics team!

Have Some Fun!

Are You Ready?

Even if you know very little of what you are doing, ask questions and either the students or the mentors that are around will help you figure out your skill.Robotics is a unique, fun, exciting and awesome activity. TEAM 2404 - YEAR 2014

Welcome to the Home of Team 2404...Hang-Out

We are a Seventh-Year FIRST FRC (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology First Robotics Competition) team from John Muir High School in Pasadena, California. Our team is officially participating as a FRC Team. As part of the FIRST Challenge, our team creates a robot each year to score points in regional competitions. But not every year the game is the same, it is always something different and new every year with a totally different play.

FIRST has truly inspired me to think outside the box of what I want to do with my life. As there are many components that come together to allow a team and robot to function, there are also many avenues of life from which a person can choose.
